Dovetail uses a proven method to make your data integration issue run as smoothly as possible.

1. Quickscan

Together with you we make a quickscan of the problem, preferably involving your own IT partner. If you do not have an IT partner who can do this, we look in our own network for a partner that suits you.

We look at the integration issue that needs to be addressed. To clearly identify this, we are conducting discussions with stakeholders within the organization. Depending on the size of the integration issue, this takes an average of 4 half days. A Dovetail consultant visits your location.

During the quick scan we also make an estimate of the number of integrations that are needed to meet all your wishes. Herewith are the expected savings and costs immediately clear.

2. Proof of Concept

When we have a clear picture of what the problem is, we make a proof of concept. This is a first integration so that you can see for yourself how simple Dovetail works and immediately learn how to set up further integrations yourself, with the help of your partner. The time required for this is very dependent on the complexity of the integration. However, we strive to have this completed within 2 working days.

3. Building integrations

If the first integration works satisfactorily, you (yourself, possibly together with the partner) can work on further integration issues. We are of course always available for questions. We also have a very extensive online Academy where a lot of information can be found.

4. Updates & maintenance

Because Dovetail is a cloud-based system, we provide sufficient capacity at the back end to be able to process your data without any problems. Updates are also made at the back without bothering you.
